To ask someone not to do something, add でください to the ない form: 写真を撮らないでください, "please don't take photos"; 心配しないでください, "please don't worry".
It's the ない form plus で, not なくて: 撮らなくてください is a common slip.
Like てください, it's a polite instruction, so you'll see it on signs everywhere: 入らないでください, 触らないでください.
Among friends, drop ください: 心配しないで, "don't worry". A flat rule, rather than a request, is てはいけません, a couple of points on.
To make it gentler still, add ね: 忘れないでくださいね, "don't forget, okay?"
