wasn't (い-adjective)

Put the last two points together: the negative くない is itself shaped like an い-adjective, so it makes its past the same way, ない → なかった.
Politely there are two versions, both accepted here: 高くなかったです (common in speech) and 高くありませんでした (a little more formal).
It looks reasonable, but でした never follows an い-adjective ending, even a negative one.
And いい, as always, goes through よい: よくなかった, "it wasn't good".
