AといいBといい picks two aspects of something as examples to support an overall judgement: 味といい、値段といい、文句なしの店だ, "in terms of both taste and price, this restaurant is perfect".

The nouns are qualities or features, like taste and price, design and function, face and voice. The second half is an evaluation of the whole, positive or negative: 最高だ, 完璧だ, そっくりだ, 申し分ない.

It's close to も〜ば〜も (N3) and 〜し〜し (N4), but more evaluative, and the list is just two examples.

Compare といわず〜といわず, which means "everywhere, all over" and doesn't evaluate.
